Training Day

Training Day is our flagship group training program.

Each 60-minute session combines strength, conditioning, skill development, and purposeful programming to help you build strength, improve fitness, and move better.

Every class is coach-led and designed to challenge you at the right level, whether you're just getting started or have years of training experience behind you. We provide clear progressions, scaling options, and expert coaching to ensure every session is both effective and approachable.

Expect a mix of strength work, conditioning, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, endurance training, and team-based workouts throughout the week.

If you're looking for a program that delivers variety, structure, and results without needing to think about what to do when you walk through the door, Training Day is for you.

Hybrid

Hybrid is our performance-focused training program designed for those who want to build strength and endurance simultaneously.

Drawing influence from endurance sport, functional fitness, and HYROX-style racing, Hybrid combines running, machine work, strength training, and functional movements into a structured program that develops a well-rounded athlete.

Sessions are designed to improve your engine, increase work capacity, and build resilience while maintaining strength and muscle. Whether you're preparing for a HYROX event, looking to improve your fitness, or simply enjoy pushing your limits, Hybrid provides a clear path forward.

Expect a combination of running, Ski, Row, Bike, carries, sled work, strength training, and longer conditioning pieces designed to challenge both body and mind.

Training Day Lite

Training Day Lite is a lower-impact version of our flagship Training Day program, designed for those looking to build strength, fitness, and confidence at a more manageable pace.

Running alongside our regular Training Day classes, Training Day Lite follows the same daily structure and training focus while providing modified movements, reduced complexity, and more approachable training volumes. This allows members to train within the same class environment, benefiting from the coaching, energy, and culture of the gym while following a version of the program tailored to their current ability and goals.

Ideal for beginners, those returning to training after time away, members managing injuries or limitations, or anyone who prefers a more measured approach, Training Day Lite focuses on simple movement patterns, controlled intensity, and sustainable progress.

You'll still build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and develop confidence through structured, coach-led sessions without the need for advanced lifting, gymnastics, or highly technical movements.

Training Day Lite is designed to meet you where you're at and provide a clear path to long-term progress, all while remaining part of the full Train Gym experience.
